It is a 45min private assessment to make sure your body is ready for pointe safely.

Joy of Dance is currently holding in-person and virtual Adult Dance Classes.
With the Ontario Government’s recent restrictions lifted, we encourage mask wearing but it is optional. Please be mindful of others and respect their choices. We ask that you still maintain social distance when possible.
